Goodnight Moon will gladly accept merchandise returns within 10 days of purchase for credit as purchased. Merchandise received after 10 days will receive a store credit.
All returned merchandise must have original tags attached. Merchandise that has been washed or worn is not eligible for return.
Returns will NOT be accepted beyond 30 days.
Special orders, SALE merchandise, personalized items, christening outfits and special occasion dresses are FINAL Sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If would like to return online purchased item(s), you have two options:
1. Return in Store. You may bring the items into our Minneapolis store within 10 days of receiving the items for credit. Our store is located at: 4388 France Ave. South Minneapolis, MN 5510)
2. Return via Mail. You may send returns at your own expense to:

Returned items by mail must be post marked prior to 10 days after receiving the item(s) for credit.
Please send original packaging receipt with the returned items.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective you need to notify us by phone call 952-285-5252 or email: Info@goodnightmoonkids.com within 10 days of receipt to file a claim.
We ship USPS Priority Mail. Signatures are not required but tracking is provided. We recommend that you provide a shipping address that has a secure delivery space. Goodnight Moon cannot be responsible for theft of packages that have been confirmed as delivered via provided tracking services.
